Regularly scheduled meetings of the Plymouth City Council are held on the first Thursday of each month. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. Any interested persons are invited to attend. A tentative agenda of the meeting is available on the doors at City Hall, the post office, and North Iowa Co-op up to three days prior.
